I don't remember how the referee scored us, but I did my best to add up the points. ///// Point system. 2 points for take downs, 2 for reversals or sweep, and 3 for passing guard getting into side control. All positions including takedowns need to be held for at least 3 seconds to receive points. www.usgrappling.com/rules/

like the video, cool at home set up for sure. Breakfalls need work though, no point hitting the mat with your hand after you already landed.

what size is your mat? Also can you do flips on it and would it cushion a failed flip or crash? Is it also hard enough to do handstands and some break dancing power moves?

Pretty good friend. Try to get a vinyl tarp from harbor freight for a top cover. That’s what I about to try.

Dear fairshanks, good that you love your tree, but please care for it a little better. It doesn't look healthy. Maybe water it for an hour once a week and give him some fertilizer in spring. Kind regards

Will this method work if the floor is not level? My garage is not perfectly level and I'm worried the 2x4s or Plywood not laying flat will cause problems.
